2000 square foot corner unit with wrap around balcony providing incredible Beach and Bay view's completely unobstructed south to North Carolina and east across the bay and rural Virginia Beach.

Use of owner's storage room on ground level to store all beach toys you have brought as well as use of any items left by past guests in storage room. Be sure to grab the hand truck/cart to haul luggage items up to unit when you arrive.

4 well-appointed bedrooms with 4 full baths.

Bedrooms are furnished with 1 King in Master and Queen Beds in the other three bedrooms. All rooms offer flat screen wall mounted cable access TV's, comfortable accent chair, full size dresser and night stands. 4 light weight child/small adult roll away beds are provided for additional use in either bedrooms or condo living area. Total accommodation is 12.

Living room is well furnished with comfortable canvas sectional sofa, accent chairs, sturdy solid wood dining table and wood with upholstered seat chairs. Writing desk is provided along with wireless internet throughout.

A collection of games, cards, books, puzzles and DVD movies are provided for entertainment. The living room is equipped with an HDTV cable box connected to a wide screen TV with “On Demand” for free movies and TV shows so you'll never miss your favorite shows. Additionally a VCR is provided in the living room for manual connection as needed. There is also small stereo unit with an I-pod doc.

Convenience items include: Card table and chairs (in guest room closet), Evenflo high chair, booster seat with tray, two fold out TV tray tables and luggage rack stands for each room, vacuum and step stool.

Kitchen is fully appointed for the gourmet cook. The owners of this condo have provided all the satellite appliances you may be accustomed to in your own home; toaster, blender, hand mixer, crockpot/slow cooker and Keurig coffee maker as well as Mr. Coffee drip pot. There is a large supply of silverware, cookware, bake ware, dinner plates, glasses, cups and utensils. GE Monogram appliances, beautiful wood cabinetry, and rich granite countertops.

One light weight cart is provided in the entry closet and another Heavy Duty cart in the garage level storage unit to make your stay more enjoyable. (Carts are inadequate for beach use)

Linen and Towel Package is included. Sanctuary guests have full use of Condo Amenities. Swimming Pool, Limit 2 Parking Spaces Per Unit, This is a No Smoking Condo, additionally, Fire Code Regulation Prohibits the use of Open-Flamed or Gas-Fueled Grilling Devices on Unit Balconies, but grills are provided in pool area.
