Two balconies adorn Westward View of Back Bay. Every evening from the large 4th floor balcony directly off the great room, your guests will witness spectacular explosions of color as the sun slowly sets into the waters of the Bay. Remember to bring your binoculars.



A 5th floor master suite’s private balcony is exceptional for a quiet evening cocktail in the warm summer breeze or enjoying your fresh morning coffee while experiencing the natural beauty and wildlife of the Back Bay Wildlife Preserve as the day begins.

Bedroom 3 has a private bath and a wonderful Tempur-pedic queen bed. The Great room will supply additional sleeping area with a. Queen sofa bed..
