The name says it all. With two spacious balconies at Sunset Royale, one off the main living area and the other off the master suite, you will have your very own personal theater to one of Mother nature’s most spectacular performances, a beautiful sunset over looking North Bay.
Outside the front door you can walk directly to the pool (open mid May to mid September), children’s pool, and Viking grilling stations for a family gathering, all located on the same level for easy access. In just a few steps, you’ll be enjoying a walk on beautiful Sandbridge Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
If you wish to take advantage of the game room, fitness centers or libraries, they too are only steps away.
After a busy day surfing, kayaking, or jumping in the waves, it’s good to know that you can relax and enjoy the high definition LCD TV with a multimedia interface CD/DVD player, in the great room.
Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV with available AV and S type plug-ins for your individual additions. A CD/DVD player is also provided in the children’s bunkroom to offer hours of entertainment.

The master bedroom has a comfortable King Size Bed, Walk-In Closet, Tiled Bathroom with Granite counter and shower/tub combo Private Balcony with deck rockers.
The 2nd bedroom has a nice Queen Size Bed with a large closet and the third bedroom contains two double bunk sets for the children or those young at heart.
Ready for you to use….there are beach chairs and an umbrella provided in the convenient and secure 4 x 8 foot garage level storage unit. No need to drag the beach gear back to the condo. The storage unit is also available to secure your personal beach equipment, bikes, coolers, fishing equipment, and other toys that you might bring along.
SUNSET ROYALE is located immediately adjacent to Little Island City Parking (beach, fishing pier and tennis courts). Back Bay National Wildlife and False Cape State Park and the Virginia Beach resort area. Amusements, water parks, museums, shopping and numerous public golf courses are just a short drive away. Jet skis, canoe, kayak and power boat (pontoon and runabouts) rentals available across the street at Back Bay Getaways.
