Atlantic Vista Iis a charming 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with outstanding views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay. This unit combines the best of both vistas with unobstructed sunset views of the Back Bay from the balcony and living area, while early risers can delight in the sunrise over the Atlantic as they enjoy their morning coffee. Ideal for a family vacation or a romantic getaway.

Virtually everything you need for the perfect vacation is here. Grab the jumbo-shopping cart from the master bedroom closet to help you unload your luggage and groceries in fewer trips. We even provide a Pack N Play and high chair for our youngest visitors.

Prepare a gourmet meal in the large fully stocked upgraded kitchen. Child friendly dishware and cups are also available. The dining room table seats 10 for meals shared with extended family and friends.

Do you like to barbecue? Grill on one of the many poolside Viking grilling stations located in the courtyard. Enjoy your meal at the teak tables and chairs surrounding the beautifully landscaped and lighted pools with waterfalls.

Life doesn't get any better than this!

Guests sleeping in the master bedroom will enjoy a king size 4-poster bed, large walk in closet, balcony, and a private bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom there is a brand new bunk bed; twin over full with a trundle twin bed. There is also a commercial grade 39-inch wide rollaway bed stored in the closet. All mattresses have been upgraded for your sleeping comfort. Each bedroom has plenty of pillows and blankets in the closets. Bed linen and towel package is included, you just need to bring your own beach towels.

A NEW 47" HDTV with DVD player/VCR, cable hookup with HBO is located in the living room.

Each bedroom has a large flat screen television with built in DVD player/VCR and cable hookup with HBO.

All TVs are compatible with Nintendo, Wii, Play station and Microsoft XBox.

If that’s not enough…DVDs, videos, board games, puzzles, and books are provided for family fun.

The garage level storage unit is stocked with:

Beach chairs
Beach umbrella
Boogie boards
Sand toys
Water noodles
All Terrain Cart to easily transport all the items in one trip to the beach

Did you bring beach items from home? You can securely store any beach or pool items brought from home in this locked spacious garage level storage unit. A cooler and thermos are located in the kitchen closet for your convenience with plenty of ice packs in the freezer.
