Moving inside, we find a villa dominated by a large expanse of open flooring, making up an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area of significant proportions. The kitchen is large and fully equipped, with its own separate terrace, a place for the chef to relax with a glass of wine, whilst the food is cooking. Upstairs, the master bedroom truly deserves the name. Elegantly decorated, large and airy, with a very large en-suite wet room. The second bedroom would be the master bedroom in any other villa, spacious and served by another well-equipped wet room. A further two more bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Less than a kilometre from the beach, Baan Tantawan is part of the prestigious Viewpoint development.

Electrical consumption allotment is 57 Units per day, excess usage will be charged 7 Baht per unit.

The properties are approximately 90 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. Pickup can be arranged for up to 8 people in luxury minibus with their luggage for 2600 Baht each way or taxi at 2000 Baht.

56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
