Ausserdem gehören zu der Ausstattung auch eine Stereoanlage, ein DVD-Spieler, Fernseher mit dänischen und deutschen Kanälen sowie gratis Internetverbindung, bitte eigenen Computer mitbringen. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz und Holzofen und Zugang zu der offenen, gut ausgestatten Küche. Für die kleinsten Gäste ist ein Babybett, ein Hochstuhl und ein Sandkasten vorhanden. Grosses Bad mit Whirlpool, Fussbodenheizung, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Im Haus wurde eine Wärmepumpe installiert, die dazu beitragen soll, den Stromverbrauch und somit auch Ihre Nebenkosten zu senken. Eine grosse Terrasse für schöne Sonnenstunden. In dem Gebiet gibt es einen grossen Gemeinschaftsspielplatz mit Minigolf und Bouleplatz.
