Location is near the best shops and restaurants Vero Beach has to offer. Property has 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Master has a king bed and one guest room has twins. Both offer outstanding ocean views. The third bedroom has a queen bed with futon that sleeps two. The sofa in den also has a pull out bed. Two car attached garage allows easy entry into home. Kitchen has new counter tops, appliances and cabinets. Living room is 28'x21', family room 16'x21' with high quality furniture and never ending views of the Atlantic Ocean

Private beach & ocean were wonderful, clean and great to cool off & swim in. Pool was nice, but tended to really warm up during the days in the heat & sun - perfect for the kids though. House could do with a few minor cosmetic updates, but overall nice with great space and layout with lots of amenities for our two families. The pool and patio were exceptional. Beautiful views of the ocean.A few upgrades are needed to the home. The masterbath has only one sink, a broken shower door and the handle to flush the toilet was broken. The bathroom connected to the bedroom with the queen bed had a shower door that leaked. The blinds in that room were broken as well. The kitchen dishwasher was at least 20 years old and the door was broken. The washer and dryer were at least 20 years old as well. When the automatic heat setting was chosen on the dryer the dryer would run until I manually turned it off. So then I tried the timed cycle on the dryer. It worked properly but in order to dry a load of towels I had to turn it on three times.The bedding on the master bed was like trying to cover up with a napkin. Very cheap bedding. Extra sheets were sparce and old. Extra pillows stored in the closets were old and stained yellow. They were really gross.The ipod player in the living room was broke as well as the coffee maker in the kitchen. I had to press the on button in just the right place several times before it would turn on. The t.v.'s were old and outdated. Only full cable in the family room. The master bedroom cable channel was limited.Last there was not a phone land line in the home. Our cell phone did not work well. To get a cell phone signal we had to leave the home. One of our guests was ill and in order to call the doctor I had to go outside the home for a signal and wait for the returned call. That was a slight hassel. I can't imagine running around the neighborhood trying to get a cell phone signal to call 911 had there been a real emergency!Overall the weather was beautiful and we had a great time. We stayed in and cooked most of the time but there were a few good places to go out to eat. The kids played on the beach the all day every day. The weather was beautiful. The house is much nicer in person than in the pictures that are provided. It's big and open and most rooms look out to the ocean. You can hear the waves as soon as you pull up to the house. I have never sleeped so good on a trip. I loved that the beach was mostly empty I have 6 kids ranging from 18 to 2 years old and I was not woried at all if the younger ones wanted to come back and forth from the older kids and the beach to the adults in the house. I could see from the kitchen sink most of what was going on on the path back and forth. This was a vacation we will all remember with a warm fuzzy.
