This house sleeps 8 very comfortably, and the layout of the beds is convenient both for families and friends. The master suite is luxury personified, with a firm yet comfy mattress that invites oversleeping, an LCD TV, and lamps on each end table so one of you can finish that thriller at 2 a.m. while the other sleeps. A private master bath offers twin mirrors, a walk-in closet, and an inset medicine chest that keeps prescriptions safely out of little ones' reach.
The second bedroom is painted a cool blue that invites relaxation. It boasts a roomy queen bed and two windows with a view of morning sun and night sky. The third bedroom offers two twin beds in a setting both cheerful and pleasant, with plenty of windows. And the fourth bedroom contains a twin trundle bed that may just become an afternoon haven for sleepy parents as well as youngsters! The second bathroom is generously sized, with enough counter space to accommodate all manner of toiletries.
Lakeside House is located on a sleepy residential street. The backyard is shaded by a natural barrier of trees, so you can enjoy the BBQ grill, sunbathe, or stargaze in privacy. Nearby, the Gulf Coast beckons you to splash in the surf and hunt for prehistoric shark's teeth in the soft sands.

The Lanai Walter P. from Sewell, NJ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 28 days in November, 2012 We have rented Lakeside three times and we are scheduled to return again in April 2013. We loved the house and the location but the area we spend the most time in, the "LANAI", has been slowly deteriorating. The folling two safety items should be addressed. 1. We love to sit out in the "LANAI" in the evening with the pool light on and take a dip in the pool at night. We were not able to enjoy this feature on this trip. There seems to be a problem with the pool light. The light gets bright then dark, flickers and at times the light will go out for long periods of time. This problem should be addressed ASAP. I would also suggest that the GROUND FAULT system be tested. Electrical problems in swimming pools are very dangerous safety issues.2. The grill is rusting out and has reached the point where it is also dangerous to use. One of the wheels has rusted off and has been replaced with a brick, the bottom of the hearth is rusted out and all of the hot grease drips down on to the propane tank. This grill is way past the time to be replaced. FYIWe have a pool at our house in New Jersey and know how expensive it is to heat a pool, so we cover the pool every night. The thermo-cover has become so dry rotted when you roll up the cover, hundreds of the little blue bubble parts are floating all over the pool. I doubt this cover is helping to keep very much heat in the pool. Lakeside house is a winner Robert S. from Chillicothe, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 29 days in February, 2012 We really liked this house. The location was great and everything was as advertised. The only suggestions that we have are to put tv sets in all the bedrooms not just the master. Also, there was no mention of a property manager if we had a problem. (luckily we didn't need one. Our stay in lovely Venice, Florida A guest from Avon, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 30 days in November, 2011 The house was wonderful and we highly recommend it. The lanai is so beautiful that we spent most of our time on it. The pool was losing water and we also had some electric go out and the management showed up quickly to take care of the problems.
