A beautifully appointed, spacious home with 3500 square feet of living space and it is located in East Vail in a gorgeous mountain setting only 5 miles from Vail village. The home is gold rated, has 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. It has a large open kitchen and a gas fireplace surrounded by natural stone in the spacious living room. The private hot tub is just outside on the deck. This truly is a perfect home and is situated in a perfect location for an unforgettable vacation. The free ski bus stop for Vail village is a few hundred yards along the road, and the bus runs every 15 minutes during ski season.This property does not allow any pets.

Good, but could be better

Stayed for 4 days in September, 2011
Overall a good stay, but since this property is rated Gold, my criticism is as follows: Kitchen appliances are in need of a thorough review...Dishwasher needs to be run twice to clean dishes. Coffee maker takes 20 minutes to brew. No sharp knives at all, including no steak knives. Burger flipper bends every time you use it. No instructions left as to how to operate TV's with up to 7 remote controllers. Gas grill inadequate and the striker on it is broke. Doors leading out to patio/hot tub cannot be locked due to lock needing repair. No stereo of any kind available to renters. Many window openers are faulty or in need of repair. Towels are not fluffy at all. Property management personnel were great. A special shout out for Ilse, who is VERY patient in answering all your questions and Tim, who personally came out to get our TV running. Please ask the owners of this nice place to make some additional $ investments by addressing the above and you will have some very happy renters in the future.
