It is minutes from Lionshead and on the free ski bus route. It has community hot tub access and there is a swimming pool for summer months. West Vail has numerous food outlets as well as a Safeway and City Market. 2 miles to Lionshead and 3 to Vail Village itself. This property does not allow any pets and is NON SMOKING.

A good condo for two couples and not a gold property...bronze A guest from East Lansing, MI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2013 The property was described as a 3 bedroom with loft and a gold property. The location is fine. There are two bedrooms each with a king. The third bedroom is an alcove at the top of the stairs with a skylight that is bright light very early and no way to change it. There are no doors, just wooden shutters that partially block the twin beds but no sound blocking. The loft is a climb ladder into a narrow 5 ft ceiling space with a pad on it. There are only 2 bathrooms in the gold property. This condo works for 2 couples with maybe 2 kids although the kids would get up very early with the light and have a hard time going to bed as there is no door/wall to shut the twin bed room. We immediately asked to be moved but had no resolution (unless we wanted to pay $1000 dollars) and the company disagreed with us completely. We have stayed at Vail many times, usually East Vail and have had zero problems until renting this condo in west Vail. Very disappointed in how the company handled our problem.
