Managed by Gore Creek Properties, Fallridge is 1.5 miles from the Golden Peak ski school and chairlifts. It is right across the road from the Vail Golf Course Clubhouse and the free town bus service runs until 11.50pm. Fallridge has a summer out door pool and a year round indoor spa room with large hot tub. There is a communal games room all on the same floor as this unit. The condo is spacious and relaxing views oif the Aspen Groves dissappearing up the mountain. There is under ground parking available.Washer/dryer is 20 paces down the hall.
