Wood for the fireplace will be supplied in the winter. The free ski bus stop is a short walk from the house. There is room for 2 cars to park in the front parking area. This property does not allow pets.

Disappointed A guest from Woodland Park, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 Keys - When we arrived Friday evening around 7pm we were not able to get into the home. The rental company gave us the wrong keys. We had to use the emergency number to contact them. They were able to get us in by having us use the lockbox. They were to bring us over our keys the next day. They brought them by around 6pm the following evening (not prompt service to say the least). We were also shocked that he the guy had opened that door and just yelled up Hello without ringing the doorbell or knocking and waiting for us to come to the door. Kitchen - When we arrived and went to get a drink of ice water, we found the glassware dusty and dirty and the ice smelled terrible. We had to run all of the glassware through the dishwasher before we could use it and empty all the ice out and wait for new ice to be made. The Kitchen, in general, was just dirty. We found dry chocolate on the measuring cups, dirt on the cupboards and very sloppy storage of items. In addition to the uncleanliness, the Dishwasher was very loud so we could not run it at night when we went to bed. Water - We tried to run the dishwasher earlier in the evening so we didn't have the loud issue while trying to sleep. However, that did not work because after 4 showers the water in the house was cold. TVs - The TV remote simply did not work. We were able to get the Guide up but then could not change to different channels. Sheets - The sheets in the bedroom closest to the door had black droppings on them right near the pillows. Comments A guest from Novi, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2013 Kitchen and great room very nice. The 3 queen bedrooms were nice size and beds in good shape. The two twins in the loft area are better suited for children versus adults. One of comforters was dirty but rental company took care of right away which was nice! Close to bus stop. Bus ride took a little bit to get to slopes but it is what I expected given it's location in West Vail.
