This unit is incredibly spacious with a large wrap around sofa facing the warm adobe style fireplace. Large enough for the entire family to play a game. The gourmet kitchen is brand new with granite countertops, sub-zero fridge and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of seating at the breakfast bar or at the dining alcove with sweeping views of Vail Mountain. The outside balcony off the living room offers breathtaking views of Vail.
The Master bedroom is incredibly large with a king size bed, a seating area and small office. Enjoy relaxing in the large bath tub in the master bathroom. You can bring plenty of clothing as there is both a walk in closet and a separate custom built in closet with shelves.
The guest bedroom is just as pretty as the master with its rich maroon décor. It features a queen size bed and TV. There is also a very large built in bench which is perfect for reading or even a quick nap after playing on the mountain. This bedroom features a private bathroom with tub and plenty of storage.
The third bedroom is ideal for children featuring two sets of bunk beds. It also has its own private bathroom with tub as well as a television so the kids can watch their favorite shows in private. The unit also comes complete with washer and dryer.
There is an indoor Hot tub in the building as well as privileges at the new 5-star Sebastian Hotel next to the building. Ski-storage is available in the building heated underground parking with direct elevator access makes this an ideal unit.
