The good and bad John K. from Royal Oak, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2012 I have been renting from Tim for many many years and he has always taken care of us. This year we had three condos that were supposed to be within two buildings, and when we got in late, we had three condos in three different buildings...nothing major, just thought I would mention it.We had a backed up shower and upon calling the maintenance person, he said it would have to wait since it was the weekend. We were only staying for the weekend. All was resolved thankfully once I got hold of Tim and he got someone out to fix it.Thanks again and thought I would just point out some minor issues we had.
