Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this 2 bedroom + loft condo is in East Vail, only 3.5 miles from Vail village. It has 1 100 square feet of living space and it can sleep 6 people. There is a full kitchen with breakfast bar, and a comfortable living room with a wood fireplace. Wood for the fireplace will be supplied in the winter. The Pitkin Creek complex has a year round community hot tub and a large pool + volleyball court for the summer. It is on the free ski bus route into Vail village and the bus stop is right by the first entrance to the complex. There is also a market and liquor store on site.This property does not allow pets and is NON SMOKING.

Plan on spending your first 1/2 day cleaning A guest from Sammamish, WA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2013 Carpets and floors were dirty when we arrived. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in them. One set even smelled like pee. Beer cans littered the deck on arrival. Had to chip firewood out of a the ice on the deck. Pots and pans were put away dirty. Door to deck wouldn't close properly--a strong wind blows it open. Fireplace screen broken. Temp inside was very cold when we arrived. Wireless router doesn't operate. Cars without permits would take your designated space. Utensil drawer broken. No pressure in master shower. Master toilet took 3 flushes to eliminate. Mattress in master saggy and noisy. Not enough glasses for a party of 6. But the skiing was tremendous. Great apartment for up to 6 people A guest from Miamiu Beach, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in February, 2013 The best thing about this apartment is that it has 3 bathrooms. The fireplace was a great thing to have and the distribution is great. Very cozy and well located close to the bus stop. Beds were a bit outdated but not uncomfortable. Acceptable A guest from Boulder, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 Location was nice and quiet and the place was acceptable for a place to sleep and keep our gear. Would I go back? Only if there wasn't other options...The back door didn't lock and the place is definitely a bit dingy. With sticky kitchen utensils, stained carpet, old paint job on walls and baseboards, and broken window coverings it just gives an overall impression of a place in need of some TLC.
