Very nice condo Karen H. from Okemos, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2017 Breakfast on the deck enjoying the creek and the sunshine was a delight. The location was great and the kitchen well supplied. The facility was surface-clean, but significant dust could be seen behind doors, in corners, and on tops of doors and cabinets. While the property description says "sleeps 6" I was disappointed upon arrival to discover that two of those six had to use a sofa hide-a-bed. It was not comfortable, nor conducive to adequate rest. AND, the cold water did not work in one of the bathroom sinks. However, overall it was a very nice place. The negatives did not out-weigh the positives.I would stay here again! |

Condo in east vail A guest from Boulder, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2017 The condo was in a great location. The kitchen is Minimally stocked for cooking and the furniture is old and falling apart in places ex a rickety chair and handles on the armoir. Otherwise it was clean and was a good enough amount of space for out family. Additionally the hot tub was not hot. |

Decent condo, not very good management Kenneth W. from Arlington, VA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2016 The condo is quirky but fine overall. The quirkiness comes from the furniture which is formal but that really doesn't matter. What matters is that the management dropped the ball. We arrived at the property manager to pick up our keys after hours but the keys were not there. So we were out in the cold. After about two hours on the phone with management they placed us in another unit which did not have the right number of beds. The next day they got us into the right unit. They apologized for the inconvenience and said they would make it right by adjusting the rate or in some other way. But they did not do anything. Even when we reminded them of what they said when we turned in the keys, they still did not do anything. They did not even call. So in the end we were charged full price for a different condo with too few beds and a lot of inconvenience. |

Review of 404 Timber Falls stay Roman K. from New York, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2014 I am a repeat client of Gore Creek Properties, the company and its representatives are very professional and responsive. My last stay was in 404 Timber Falls and the property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located, right by the shuttle that takes you to the ski gondola (10-15 min ride).I would recommend this property to others. |

Timber Falls # 404 Isabelle B. from Park Ridge, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2013 The unit is across from the Vail bus stop. The bus takes about 25 minutes to reach Vail Village. The furniture and decor is way outdated but kept in a clean condition. |

Excellent if quirky East Vail condo Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2012 This condo is clearly a labor of love for a very traditional family, with an exceptional kitchen. The furnishings are a bit odd for a ski condo, with wing backed chairs, a formal dining table, and black bedside lampshades... But hey, it still all works just fine. One of the dining table chairs was broken, however, and the heat in the smaller bathroom could not be turned off, making it unpleasantly warm, until we figured out how to adjust the floorboard vent, which did the trick. Shuttle convenience could not be better, but East Vail is definitely not near anything. It is lovely and quiet, but West Vail may be more convenient if you want closer access to less expensive restaurants and the super market, etc. |
