Great spot! Could not have had a better location! Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2012 We never had to get into our car. Everything we wanted to do was a beautiful walk away. The creek was right outside our door and only added to the beauty of this condo. The only criticism we have is the shower head in the master bath is very low. No problem for me, as I'm 5'1", but for others it would be a challenge. We left in the evening, but if people needed to leave early it is good to know that there is a farmer's market right outside the garage and 100s of people in the way, so it might be best to move your car. I think you could get out, but it could be dangerous and would definitely take some time. However, we had a great, great, weekend and the management staff was available for the smallest question. Although the condo is extremely nice, the best part is the ground level patio that looks directly on Gore Creek in Vail Village. We've stayed at a lot of nice places in Vail over the last 20 years, but this was THE BEST - walking right to the water, on private property. We loved every moment. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 This condo is in the perfect location in Vail Village, right on the stream and in the center of the action without being loud or too busy. The unit itself is small and dated. The bathrooms are lousy as toilets barely flush and showerheads are so low that you need to be a pigmy to take a shower. My 6'2" son was basically on his knees when he was trying to get shampoo out of his hair. The couches in the living room are terribly uncomfortable and bad for one's posture. However, somehow the location makes up for most of these shortfalls as the pool and jacuzzi are 10 feet from the door. The owner should do the right thing and spend a couple thousand dollars on this property (furniture and fixtures). Otherwise, we had a great time there. The shower head was at the height for a person under 5 feet tall. The unit had alot of nick/nacks that limited the space to put things. The kitchen furnishings (pots and pans) need to be replaced. They are very old with the non stick gone and are of a lesser quality than I would send my kid away to college with. The tv and channels system was not user friendly. The maintenance man made it work as soon as we called. There are so many wires coming out of the back of the living room tv it looks like a possible fire hazard.
