The bedroom has a Queen bed and there is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge. The condo has a wood burning fireplace and firewood will be supplied for you during the winter. This condo does not have a washer/dryer although there is a communal washer dryer available at the rental office. There is a community hot tub and a heated summer pool, with the added bonus of a market and liquor store right by the condo. The bus stop for the free Town of Vail shuttle is also right in front of the complex.This property does not allow any pets and is NON SMOKING.

New sofas, nice view of the mountain, wood burning fireplace. The Gore Creek Property staff was extremely helpful! Close to the pool/jacuzzi and steps away from a convenience and liquor store. This condo could use some new dishes and kitchen equipment but all in all we were satisfied. I would stay here again A guest from San Diego, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in December, 2012 The condo was fine. Recently updated and kept in generally good repair. Typical stuff like burned out light bulbs (had to move some around) and worn out cookware are always a bummer. A big bonus was the full stack of firewood. the complex was quite which doesn't always happen so a plus there. Tim was on top of stuff as it came up and is a really great guy. The lady at the front desk is nice, but she try's to answer questions that she should pass to someone else (the reason for 3 stars). Should really try and get their wireless internet access up and reliable, never had a solid connection all week. As condo rentals go this one was above average.
