Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this is a perfect condo for summer or winter vacations. It is very affordable and can sleep up to 4 people, with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This comfortable condo has waterfall views, is 760 square feet, full kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table. There is a fireplace complete with firewood, hi-def tv and a dvr. The free shuttle stop is right across the parking lot! The condo also has access to the community hot tub, summer pool, and an on site market and liquor store. Sorry no pets allowed and this is a NON SMOKING unit.

Love the first floor, no dragging up and down stairs, bus stop couldn't be better and the shuttle service is excellent, good hot tub - we met different groups of people every night - condo well equipped for cooking. Great Complex Right On The Bus Line A guest from Durham, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2013 The condo is kinda outdated but the price is right. Mirrors everywhere! Flat screen HDTV is a plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and supply of wood. The bus stop is right outside the door, so getting around Vail couldn't have been easier. The hot tub is nice but it's about a block away and there is no changing area or locker room near the pool complex, so bring a bathrobe and a pair of crocs or slippers.
