Dieses Ferienhaus liegt ca. 300 m von einem von Dänemarks besten Badestränden entfernt, der sich ca. 20 km von Süden nach Norden mit breiten Dünen und Sandstrand erstreckt. Zum Haus gehört eine überdachte Holzterrasse. Das Grundstück ist hoch bewachsen, so dass man ungestört die Sonne genießen kann. Außerdem gibt es ein schönes Bad mit Whirlpool und Sauna sowie ein Solarium in einem der SZ. Das WZ besitzt einen Holzofen für gemütliche Stunden drinnen im Herbst und Winter. Mit Schaukel, Sandkasten, einem Hochstuhl und Kinderbett wurde auch an Kinder gedacht.
