Shower/WC with 30l boiler. The washing machine is situated in the basement, year round use (except winter). Access to the car park from the house via 30 steps outside. Ideal for 2 families, the corridor divides the house into 2 separate apartment units for four and three persons (access to shower/WC via the corridor).
