In the resort 300 m from the centre of Unterbäch, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac, south-west facing position. For shared use: children's playground. Motor access (50 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking by the house in the grounds, public car park at 600 m. Grocers, restaurant, bakers 300 m. Walking paths from the house 10 m, cable car, ski school 600 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.
