Assisi is one of Umbria’s most magnificent hill towns, with buildings that glow pink in the sunset. Gubbio, a stately medieval stronghold, and Todi, once called ‘the most liveable city in the world’. In the southeast, Spoleto attracts art patrons to an international festival, Orvieto’s cathedral wows millions of visitors.
Pork from the Norcia area is so well respected, quality pork butchers throughout Italy are known as Norcineria. The tartufo (truffle) finds its way onto every menu, gracing the local strangozzi or umbricelli pastas. Orvieto’s high quality wines and the Sagrantino of Montefalco have made their way onto tables around the world.
Ground and exteriors
On a hilltop in the Niccone Valley is located enchanting and marvelously restored hamlet called Borgo di Bastia Creti.
With 360 views of the valley the Borgo is surrounded by forests, fig, and pomegranate and olive trees.
The Borgo Bastia Creti is divided into 4 buildings: one for Olivi and Club House; one for Cipressi and Ginestre; one for Cottage and one for Limonaia.
Several of the original dwellings, now individual cottages in the gardens or large apartments adjacent to the courtyard of the hamlet offer very spacious accommodation decorated in elegant, classic country style.
Decorative tiles, some of them antiques, have been used in the large kitchens and open fireplaces provide a focal point in the sitting rooms.
Each bedroom has beautifully appointed, spacious en suite facilities and each property has wonderful views.

The original chapel has been converted into a magnificent dining and drawing room - Club Bastia - for guests, with outside grassy terrace with tables and chairs for dining al fresco.
A gentle stroll leads to the pool tucked into a panoramic grassy terrace and there is plenty of space and shady and peaceful corners in the extensive gardens for all guests.
All guests have an access to a large pool 16x8 mts depth 1-1.4 mts open from May to October, a tennis court (free of charge), a sauna located near the pool ( to pay on the spot) and the Club House, where guests can reserve a delicious home cooked breakfast, lunch or dinner.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
