April18th, 19th and 20th Marcia H. from Roswell, GA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2013 The staff was wonderful. The location was great. The weather was weather! (rain at times but we can't fix that) I wish I had not chosen to go with a condo with steps but I did. The steps were not carpeted so they were loud and dirty at times AND VERY steep. The elevator was a plus but my 77 year old mom could not figure that out. The kitchen needs alot of work. There is a toaster oven from the 70's in there. Unmatched utensils etc. The den furniture was old and uncomfortable. The sheets on the master bed were literally threadbare--HOLES. The pillows were uncomfortable as well. There were no blinds in the master. When the sun was up so were you. After 2 nights of wedding prep, festivities and alot of hard work a long nights sleep would have been nice. The twins beds upstairs were also uncomfortable. Sorry I don't have alot of good to say. I visited other units and wished I was in them. The ocean view was beautiful but not worth the money. Wonderful Spring Break Reviewed by: Anna K. recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2013 We all had a wonderful time. Our party included 4 adults and 2 children (6 and 9). The kids said they liked this trip more than Disney (and we did too :)). The condo is in need of updates (especially in the bathrooms), otherwise it was great. The location and views were wonderful. Atlantic Ocean Homes#11, Tybee Island, Ga A guest from Canton, Ohio does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 Location was great. Liked Marlin Monroe's - Offers a lot of convenience. Pool area is nice.Issues/concerns: They rented out Marlin Monroe's to a wedding party and that took over some of the pool area. I paid for that pool area and should not have to give it up without compensation. Also the Townhouse was only superficially clean. Nearly all of the furnature was old and in poor condition (like they furnished the town house at a garage sale). The dinning table was scratched and pocked and the legs were loose and rickety.
