Rooms were perfect in size for 3 couples to share (3 bedroom condos). Would recommend this place to anyone staying on Tybee. The only problem was the wait staff was really slow at the hotel restaurant, but food was good. Very nice place! A guest from Winston Salem, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 A group of 8 girls stayed here for a girls' weekend and had an absolute blast. The condo is very nice and the patio was great. It was right on the beach and close to the restaurants on the island. My only complaint is I wish we stayed longer! Well-appointed condo Victoria M. from Houston, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 We enjoyed our stay at Beachside Colony, The Gardens 705. Our condo was well-appointed, with plenty of plates and glasses, towels, and had everything we needed (included a crock-pot and a blender). The condo is spacious and nicely laid-out, with 2 bedrooms on one side and the "master" bedroom on the other. We enjoyed the patio and hot tub far more than expected (it was a bit cool and windy, so it was quite nice to be off the beach and still enjoying the outdoors). The condo was very clean and the furnishings in good condition. We would definitely stay there again.
