Stayed for 5 days in May, 2013 This was our second year staying at Ocean Song #321 and we definitely plan on returning. The view is absolutely beautiful with glass doors on two walls in the living and kitchen area. You can watch the ocean waves and the pool area at the same time. Very roomy with a nice and comfortable king size bed and a huge bathroom with a hot tub. Restaurant across from pool does play music until midnight. Staff is very nice, helpful if you need something, and makes you feel right at home. Our kind of place for a scenic ocean vacation. Great place to stay. Robert M. from Warner Robins, GA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2013 I'm a regular visiting at least once and sometimes twice a year. Place is nice and clean with easy beach access. The view from all of the ocean song condos is incredible. The only minor complaints are that some of the switches and outlets are showing their age and the front desk has limited hours. That could be a real problem if you arrive after 7 pm... Condo weren't ready to rent Ann C. from W. Columbia, S.C. does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2012 Hot water heater not working. waited 2+ hours for maint guy to finally turn hot water heater on. We switched rooms. Learned there isn't an oven for cooking. only two eyelets. Didn't mention this anywhere webpage. Both condos had sofa sleepers that were awful to sit on. can't imagine trying to sleep on them. Used every pillow to support couch. Mgr said couchs are property owner's concerns, they couldn't help us. Horrible sleep, terrible back pain. Parking lot is littered with stray cats that poop everywhere. Stinks something terrible. Pets/dogs allowed, super small dog poo area, and certainly not allowed on the beach. Didn't know this when making reservations. Asked to get refund within couple of hours arriving due to all these issues. Not a chance. I am trying to contact property mgmt firm to complain. No, I will never recommend or return to this condo or it's series of condo. There are several sets on condo within this parking lot. Tybee - Beachside Colony - Ocean Song #321 Sandy S. from Highland, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2012 Our family stayed here this November for two nights. We loved it! Loved the location, right on the beach. I could watch the kids go down at daybreak to look for seashells right from the balcony! The pictures do not do justice to this condo.
