The lake was a blast and everyone enjoed the waterslides. My only complaint is that it was difficult to leave on Sunday as the move out instructions required everything to be put back in their original place. I suggest a simple modification to dishes in the dishwasher and towels in the dryer - would have made it a lot easier and less stressful to depart. Everything is Great but the Lake A guest from Norfolk, VA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 We noted cleaned carpets, new wine glasses and of course the new deck. Everything about the cabin was fine. The only disappointment is the lake. In the past we received tickets to use the lake, and the higher rental cost of the cabin reflected lake privileges. Now "lake privileges" means only that we have the right to buy tickets. Without the lake, there is little reason to come to Twain Harte, and frankly, we're looking at other areas.
