Great Rental A guest from Alexandria, Virginia recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in December, 2012 The place was fantastic...except the following: 1. The porch in back was filthy dirty; 2. The screens in the back window were dirty and one appeared to be ripped or coming out from the frame; 3. The bedspreads in both bedrooms were VERY well used. They need to be replaced. 4. The towels in the hall bathroom,again, could use replacing; 4. There was a constant stream of leaves that seemed to make their way into the condo each time you opened or closed a door--perhaps more frequent upkeep in this area is needed? 5. There was some type of graffiti or drawing in the sidewalk leading into the unit; 6. When the leaf blower guy did come to deal with cleaning the area it was at 7:00 am and right outside my window; 7. We were surprised that the community does not recycle and 8. The shower curtain or bath mat needs to be tossed. One or the other smelled very strongly of mildew.Like I said though, all in all it was a great place to stay! Nice furniture, the fastest WiFi I've ever experienced, relatively quiet, great location, management was very friendly! If they upgrade some of the basics and use the 150 cleaning fee to REALLY clean I'd stay nowhere else when visiting Tucson. Stayed for 8 days in November, 2012 We came to Tucson to train for and compete in the El Tour De Tucson (Tucson?s annual bicycle race). The location is ideal for training. It is located in the foothills of the Catalina Mountains. It is a short ride too many of Tucson?s training destinations, like Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon, Tucson Loop, and Oro Valley. There are many good restaurants in the area.The unit is close to the pool and hot tub. The unit is nicely decorated and has a beautiful view of the mountains. It is well cared for. It had everything we needed. It was supplied with cooking and laundry items. Within a couple of blocks there is a large grocery store, a Greek, Peruvian, 2 Italian, and Subway restaurant.
