The kitchen was a disaster...can openers didn't work, had to request a casserole sdish, wrong size delivered initially, The set up we requested was a 2 bdrm 2 bth...we ended up with a dark and depressing 1 bedrm den, 2 bths. We asked to have the hot water turned on in the small bathroom...never did get hot. Four knives and maybe three teaspoons in the cluttered silverware drawer. Dark furniture and decor made this a very deprssing stay. Have rented in other locations in Tucson. This was the worst EVER.
