We have stayed at the Greens at Ventana Canyon twice this year and have had great experiences both times. The management is very professional and will try to make arrangements as needed. We actually stayed in #3209W this time due to a request from management, but we were perfectly pleased. Stayed for 12 days in February, 2012 I took a mmetal hook off of a closet hanger and put under the corner of the stove because it was unsteady and left remains of hanger on the shelf in the closet. The lock on the patio door was hard to use. Otherwise, everything was perfect and beeter than we expected.
