Greens Ventana Condo Reviewed by: Marilyn K. recommends this property. Stayed for 16 days in December, 2012 We found the condo to be nice and clean. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The bed was comfy and it was very quiet for sleeping. We would recommend it to anyone. However we do think you should put a vacuum in the unit. Overall our stay was generally very good. Stayed for 14 days in August, 2012 Everything was great but the condo that we stayed at had some maintenance issues. Spectrum was quick to take care of it but it was still a little annoying to have workers coming to fix the stuff. Other units that we saw didn´t have any problems. Our condo was beautifully decorated and very well appointed with all the details. We felt at home immediately. The attention to detail put into the condo made everything perfect during our stay. The staff of both Spectrum and The Greens was top notch and very helpful. They were all very hospitable, professional, and courteous. The grounds are well kept and the scenery is amazing.Janine is so helpful and accommodating about anything we need. Janine is such a major asset to the property and a great person! We have been totally satisfied with staying at The Greens. Will definitely be back! It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend this company and this location.
