Wonderful experience A guest from St. Louis, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2013 We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was nicely decorated and very comfortable, had plenty of amenities:--Dedicated fast wifi--Full kitchen with appliances and extras like coffee maker, spice rack, first day's coffee, toaster & blender--nicely appointed bathroom with soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, plus a blow dryer--comfy bedroom with lots of extra pillows and blankets (you'd get extra stars if they were natural fiber, though!)--two TVs (although we didn't watch any so can't comment on them--nice flat screens though)--private balcony with table and chairs. And this was the high point of the stay because we loved sitting on the balcony as the sun rose to watch the birds and small animals get started with their day. There were plenty of creatures and birds, including quail (which we normally don't see in our home area) and literally hundreds of goldfinches. It was a real treat!The location of the condo is also wonderful. The view of the foothills is one I wish I could see every day. And the close proximity of grocery stores made it possible to be very flexible with our eating plans.Overall, a very enjoyable stay! We are hikers, and appreciated the proximity to Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park. The property was clean and well-maintained.The Spectrum Real Estate folks could have been more actively involved in our transaction. They did not send me a contract or check-in information without my prompting, but were quick to respond once contacted. Very nice! Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in June, 2012 Stayed here as a corporate rental. Excellent location, room was perfect for my long-term stay. Pool was close as well as the exercise room. The staff were flexible to my needs. My one complaint is that they seemed a bit too hands-off. Would've like more directions and checking in, as the area was totally new to me. For some people that might be a plus though!
