2206W The Greens A guest from Woodbridge, VA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2013 We had stayed at another condo in the same development the week before and it was in very good condition and clean. This condo wasn't in the same condition as we found mold around the tub, the shower curtain smelled musty, a mouse trap behind the toilet, the blankets shabby with a hole in one, the place mats dirty,chair cushion missing a tie and the old rear projection television impossible to view as the screen had faded out. I have to say the management did come back and clean the mold around the tub and took the placemats. The management were very nice and had rented this unit to us for only 3 days as we needed a place to stay and the unit we had stayed in the week before was rented for the next week. Great place to stay Brian C. from Castle Rock, Coloraod recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in January, 2013 The condo at the Greens at Ventana Canyon is a great place to stay. There was plenty of room for the two of us and it was very convenient to be able to fix a few meals. It is also very close to wonderful places to dine. The management company does not interfere at all with your stay. As a matter of fact we would have appreciated seeing them. We had questions but they were nowhere to be found. The grounds are very well kept and the neighbors are very, very friendly. Walk your dog and you will find many others doing the same that want to talk with you. We will for sure stay here again. The property at 2206W Reviewed by: A guest does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2011 We were disappointed in this property. Luckily we were staying only 7 days. While there we had a tour of 3 other properties and they were lovely. We learned that 2206 W is due for an update and is not representative of The Greens. we would stay at the green again if we knew the site had been updated.
