Skinny Dippin’ is a new vacation home with sleeping accommodations for twelve. There is a large great room with DirecTV, WiFi, and music system. There is a dock for swimming and fishing, a sandy wading and swimming area for the kids and use of a canoe and three kayaks. There is a play area with swings, a slide, and a tree platform with a 150 ft zip line that will support 350 pounds.

The house sits on eleven acres, with 600 feet of waterfront. In the summer it will feel like a private lake much of the time, since not another home can be seen (hence the name). Immediately adjacent to the property is a large rock from which you can jump or dive into deep water from as high as 15 feet. The kids love it.
The lake is clear, and the top six or eight feet warms nicely in the summer, so that swimming is comfortable in the summer. The fishing can be good, and the nearby stocked trout rivers attract fly fishermen. The wild blackberries and raspberries are abundant in the summer and are yours for the picking. There are places to hike, and many of the nearby waterfalls are amazing. Panthertown Valley is nearby and offers great hiking and sightseeing.
There is a large stone-paved patio overlooking the lake and a portable fire pit for cool evenings and cooking s’mores. The entire place was planned with families and kids in mind, but works great for a group of adult couples as well. Everyone who has stayed has loved it.
Cedar Lake is a small mountain lake situated between Sylva and Cashiers. Fishing, swimming, canoeing...... There is
a public boat ramp.
Access:Last 1/2 mile is gravel drive which is a gradual decline to the house.
