Upstairs level: - living room with gas fireplace, and seating for 9, plus amazing views from every window... 47" HDTV and DVD player - fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances, including stainless steel fridge - dining area with bar seating for 2, plus table seating for 7 - Master bedroom with KING bed, TV, spacious mater bathroom with dual sinks, jetted tub, and separate shower - access to 2-car garage Lower level: - Bedroom 2: QUEEN bed - Bedroom 3: QUEEN bed - full bathroom with tub and shower - Den: TWIN bunk beds (sleeping for 2), sofa seating for 3, and TV/DVD player - access to deck with HOT TUB and BBQ Home is just a couple blocks from the Tahoe Donner cross country ski/equestrian center, and about 1 mile to the downhill ski area. Summer activities include many miles of hiking trails, including the nearby Euer Valley. Tahoe Donner is a wonderful, mountainous resort community with its own small downhill ski area, a fantastic cross country ski center, a sledding hill, small market/deli, and Recreation Center. The Rec Center offers hot tubs, heated pool, fitness center, saunas, health spa, tennis courts, downhill and cross country ski resorts, equestrian center, Golf Club with 18-hole course and driving range, a public restaurant (The Lodge at Tahoe Donner), and a private beach on Donner Lake. Tahoe Donner is conveniently situated at the upper west end of Truckee. Approx. 5 minutes to downtown shopping and restaurants, and approx. 10-30 minutes to ski area resorts including Tahoe Donner, Northstar at Tahoe, Squaw, Alpine Meadows, Sugarbowl, Soda Spring, Donner Ski Ranch, and Royal Gorge Cross Country Center. This rental includes access cards for the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center resident amenities. A nominal charge applies for some activities. **WiFi internet access provided, but service cannot be guaranteed** **No Smoking** *** Pets allowed with prior approval and additional $25 cleaning charge *** The majority of guests must be over the age of 25. Please know that reservations cannot be canceled once initial payment is received.
