What a wonderful home located in Tahoe Donner with Alder Creek right in your backyard. Enjoy the unique experience of waking up to the relaxing sounds of a natural creak.

This spacious 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom home was custom designed by an owner architect and has a lot of high end touches.

The home features a great room on the entry level with kitchen and dining area. Extra large windows and high ceilings gives you an amazing year around views of the creak and mountain vistas. Upstairs includes, living room with a gas fireplace, dining area, half bathroom, kitchen and the upper deck. The gourmet Kitchen includes gas stovetop. stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster, blender, Quisinart, full set of pots/pans/plateware, plenty of cabinet space as well as counter space.

The upstairs' deck overlooks Alder Creek and ideal for summertime BBQ and dining. There is a Weber BBQ grill connected to a natural gas line so you are sure to never run out.

The downstairs includes 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a bonus room. Master bedroom has a King bed along with a trundle bed with two twin beds. The master bathroom has a jetted tub, double sinks, and granite shower.

The queen and the kind beds have high quality foam mattresses.

There is a shared full bathroom downstairs, along with a laundry room.

The downstairs bonus room has a TV/DVD and Wii game console. The couch here expand to a Queen sized futon if extra sleeping space is needed. Kids will enjoy the downstairs as adults entertain upstairs.

Inside the garage is a ping pong table for great evening entertainment.

Although the driveway is flat we recommend all cars in the wintertime traveling to Tahoe Donner to have 4WD or chains.
