This home is adjacent to Tahoe Donner's cross country and downhill ski trails and minutes to water sports, appealing to both winter and summer activities, including a fantastic cross country ski center, a sledding hill, equestrian center, small market/deli, and two Recreation Centers (hot tubs, heated pool, fitness center, saunas, health spa, tennis courts, and family activities), and a Golf Club with an 18-hole course and driving range, a full-service public restaurant (The Lodge at Tahoe Donner), PLUS private beach on Donner Lake.

Tahoe Donner is conveniently situated at the upper west end of Truckee. It is approx. 5 minutes to downtown shopping and restaurants, and approx. 10-30 minutes to ski area resorts including Tahoe Donner, Northstar at Tahoe, Squaw, Alpine Meadows, Sugarbowl, Soda Spring, Donner Ski Ranch, and Royal Gorge Cross Country Center.
This rental includes access cards for the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center resident amenities. A nominal charge applies for some activities.
