Nice Place A guest from Brentwood, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2011 I was looking for a place in a centralized location for a Tahoe getaway. It was very nicely decorated and pretty clean. It stated it was room enough for 8 people. I would say 6 adults/2 kids would have been a better description. The three full baths helped a lot although the water heater was small and allowed for only 5 people to shower in succession before the hot water ran out. The kitchen was well equipped. The lot I went with love to cook and they were satisfied. The garbage receptacle is a far walk which seems even farther on a cold day. It was close to all the resorts, the town of truckee and easy to get to and find. The beds were not that comfortable so if you have back issues, maybe this might not be the place for you. It matters a lot to get a good night sleep after shredding gnar... a term I learned on the trip. Good Place for a Family Ski Trip A guest from Okemos, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2010 Our family enjoyed the spacious condo with great furnishings.The kitchen was well equipped and there was a large dining room table. We enjoyed the gas fireplace which warmed the house quickly. There was a large screen TV and DVD player that we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable. The Master bedroom is huge, but the two other bedrooms were small. There were also some board games that our family enjoyed playing. The park nearby and the river trail was a great way to spend part of the day, if a person did not go skiing. The ski hill was crowded but then it was the week between Christmas and New Years.
