Exterior: Welcome to the Deerfield Cabin ! This house located in the center of Truckee is situated at the end of the road and has a fishing pond out back. It is a short distance to Cold Stream Canyon which has trails for hiking, mountain biking, X-country skiing, and snowmobiling. Five minutes to Donner Lake for summertime fun. The house is a great deal for a family compared to the cost of a hotel where you don't have the privacy or comforts of your own home. The interior of the house has been completely remodeled with all new fixtures and appliances. There is a 2-car carport and a flat driveway. Floorplan: Kitchen fully stocked with all cookware, plateware and new appliances. The living room has a big flat screen TV with cable channels and Netflix (available to those guests with a Netflix account) to watch movies. Sleeping options: Bedroom #1 has a Double bed Bedroom #2 has two Twin beds Upstairs Loft has a Double Futon There is one full bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo Washer / Dryer available to dry off after the snow or lake *DOGS ALLOWED for $25 per pet/per day fee, plus additional cleaning fee* *No Smoking* *Hi-speed Wireless Internet (connection not guaranteed in mountains) *BOOK 3 NIGHTS, 4th NIGHT FREE!
