Selec 18 km from Tren?ín: The holiday property is situated amongst beautiful nature in the "Povaskynovec" mountains close to the company proprietor's house. Game hunting licence available through the caretaker. A paradise for mushroom pickers and hunters. The property is located in the centre of a deer reserve. Bike and hire and stay in hunting lodge, extra. The caretaker lives in the grounds. Large, nice, comfortable single-family house, 2 storeys, renovated in 2005, surrounded by trees. Outside the resort, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, in the woods. For shared use: swimming pool heated, secured (6 x 4 m, 01.05.-31.10.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace. 5 km long motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking by the house, individual garage. Shop 6 km, restaurant 6 km. Ski lift 20 km. Please note: car essential.

2-room house 100 m2 on 2 levels, nice and cosy furnishings: living room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), open fireplace, dining table, satellite-TV, radio and CD-player. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: open gallery 14 m2 with 2 beds. 1 room 27 m2 with 2 beds and 1 double bed. Patio. Barbecue, deck chairs. Nice view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.

The town is situated in the south west district of Bile Karpaty (natural border between Slovakia and the Czech Republic) and has an 11th century castle Trencin. Possible excursions (max. 55 km): Thermal towns Trencianske Teplice, Bojnice with zoo and world famous castle, ruins Beckov, Bad Piestany.
