The caretaker lives in a property above the barn all year round, in a part to the right of the square Tower, on the other side of the castle, with a separate entrance. The owner occasionally visits his property, situated in a part of the square Tower on the 1st floor. The ground floor is not part of the rental apartment and is partly vacant.
