5 br Torre delle Stelle Ocean View Villa

This villa is located in the South Eastern coast of Sardinia in a village called Torre delle Stelle with two white sandy beaches. The villa has a superb ocean view and a wide private swimming pool. The villa sleeps 10 confortably, as all rooms are medium size and has 3 bathrooms. The villa consists of a ground floor with a living area, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with transom windows; on the first floor two twin bedrooms(joinable), a double bedroom, a shower bathroom; there is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate entrance from the terrace with a small confortable lounge where you can spend quiet moments at the sight of the sea.

Additional Notes:
1) Payment: deposit 30% upon confirmation and the balance 45 days prior arrival date (unless different agreement);
2) cancellation penalty: 60 days prior arrival date a cancellation fee of 25%; between the 60th and the 31st day 50%; by the 31st day penalty of 100%;
3) breakage deposit: will be through credit card with a pre authorization of € 500.00; in case of damage we shall charge
up to € 500.00
4) Payments required on arrival: € 30.00 per person per week which includes: bed linen and towels, garden maintenance and swimming pool, gas consumption, assistance during the stay and final cleaning;
5) Payments required upon departure: € 0.20 per kilowatt for electricity. Water consumption € 1.00 per MC .Both meters will be read on arrival.
Kitchen left dirty on departure € 50.00;
6) Extra towels € 7.00 per person per week extra set of sheets per bed € 7
11) Pets are allowed upon our written acceptance and it is charged € 30.00 per week;
12) Cot and high chair € 50.00 per week
13) Welcome pack on request € 30.00: water , milk, caffè, tea, sugar, juice, bread, jam, butter, ham, cheese, crisps, biscuits, eggs, bottle of wine
14) Arrivals are on Saturday unless different agreement; check out within 10.00 am; check ins will be from 04.00 p.m. we shall send instructions how to get directly to the house and the keys will be collected from a special key box which will be open with a code provided by the agency; check ins with assistance, upon our written acceptance will be charged € 50.00.
