La Selva is a old restored farmhouse situated 10 kms away from Todi, in a dominant position , in some of the most beautiful countryside in Umbria and it offers an enchanting view over the valley and over Todi.
The house has been furnished in a simple and comfortable way and it’s provided with French windows in the ground floor with direct access to the garden and the external fireplace situated in the portico equipped with a table for eating outside.
At guests' disposal:
The property is surrounded by 7 hectares of land for exclusive use of the guests,
Ideal for relaxing walks in the wood.
The equipped pool (Length: 7,5 mt - Depth: 1,5 mt). with its original 8-shape is situated near the villa in particular panoramic position, open from first Saturday of May to first Satruday of October.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
