Pamper yourself with an unforgettable relaxing break at La Torriola, a splendid country villa with charming self catering apartments (for 4 and for 2 people) decorated and furnished by an ingenious craftsman-artist: all the wood components have been treated exclusively with environmental-friendly products.
Among the amenities, pool, hot tube, hidrobikes, pingpong, birdwatching, soccer table, crossbow range.

The villa is in a secluded property of 16 acres, and it is surrounded by a 3000 sq. metres garden with a play corner for kids and a 1,5 acres olive grove. An organic kitchen garden is available for guests.
Our farm produces wine, honey, jam and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil using the natural methods and enthusiasm of yesteryear.

The maintenance of the lawn and of the 12 X 6 metres pool is constant and accurate.

You can decide from day to day whether to take a dip in the swimming pool or rest in the shade of the olive grove, to take a walk in the woods to gather mushrooms or to stroll up and down the alleyways of Todi in search of curiosities to buy.

La Torriola is the ideal location to reach with an easy drive the main sites of Umbria and Tuscany and be back for a relaxing massage or a swim before dinner.

Privacy and quietness are a must at la Torriola: only 5 self catering apartments in the relaxing Umbrian countryside, with paths in the woods that start just outdoor our gate.

Security deposit:250 Euros (at the arrival, it will be returned on leaving after the apartment has been checked for damage)

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
