VILLA
This noble villa in Tuscany is residence to the heirs of Della Nave every summer and has been in their family for 200 years.
Villa's construction from the 18th century is still evident; during the years it has been modified but always maintaining its original character.
250 metres above sea level at Pratomagno's declivity, in the heart of Tuscany, the villa is part of the ancient Cicogna castle.
Three comfortable rental apartments have been constructed from the ancient farm of this Villa in Tuscany.
The geographical position of the villa is ideal for visiting the famous 'cities of art' in Tuscany: Florence (40km), Siena (60km), Arezzo (25 km), Cortona (40km) and San Gimignano (40km).
There is a common room (size 80 sqm) available for the renters: dining room with fireplace, with kitchen (size 20 sqm) and bathroom, where 50 people can be accommodated and can dine together.


FARMHOUSE VALCELLINO
the farmhouse has been thoroughly renovated and all of its apartments are comfortable and luminous and have separate entrance and a private outdoor area with table and chairs.
The recently restructured apartments maintain the typical Tuscan country spirit and style and are fully furnished: color TV sat, washing machine, fridge, heating, bath with shower, kitchens (or cooking area). Some apartments have a chimney and all are furnished with rustic Tuscan style and according to the architectural surroundings.

SWIMMING-POOL
Swimming-pool 12x6, depth 1.1, open from june to September, kept lighted every evening, with deck-chairs, tables and garden umbrellas, outdoor hot and cold shower .

BOTANIC PARK (Private Garden)
The Parco Della Nave was built in the second half of the 1800s and became part of the "landscape" gardens founded in Italy from the late 1700s to the late 1800s , a century in which this widespread style of garden was known as the "English" or "Naturalistic" style.
This was a period of diffusion and an area of interest for the Collectionists when several species of exotic plants where used.
During this period it was the fashion to create “Gardens of acclimatization" for exotic plants and Della Nave Garden is a typical example of this; with its interesting and rare botanic collection including 700 forest trees and 120 species covering a 32.000 metre area.
The various characteristics of the different species of trees create a wonderful sight/scene for all seasons throughout the year. During Autumn in particular there is the golden yellow Gingko Biloba, originating from China, the iridescent red of the
Taxodium Disticum from North America and the brilliant green of the Japanese Criptomerie. The Sequoia from North America and the Lemon trees from Libano and Marocco never fail to create a stir. The tree pictured in the photograph (Sequoiadendron Giganteum B.) is taller than 35 metres, has a 5.20 metre circumference, is over one hundred years old and is one of the “monumental trees of Italy?

Botanic Park - Conditions:


1) access is free for the farm' s guests

2) The opening hours are from 9am to sunset

3) Children younger than 17 must be accompanied by an adult

4) In the park it is absolutely forbidden to :

a - to swim or fish in the lake

b - to start fires or smoke

c - to have picnics

d - to leave any litter or rubbish

e - to pick flowers, branches,leaves mushrooms etc.

f - to play with ball, to run after

g - to climb the trees

h - to get in with any locomotion craft

i - to have not appropriate manners or to disturb the others guests

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
