The apartments are characteristic and furnished with modern comforts including individual thermostats for heating and a kitchen. A vacation in which, instead of an impersonal tourist hotel, one finds a friendly and familial atmosphere where a guest experiences true hospitality. We are in central Italy, in the most pleasant part of Tuscany, near Loro Ciuffenna and in the foothills of the Pratomagno mountain, midway from Arezzo, Florence and Siena.
Where the countryside is that emblematic of Tuscany: rolling hills blanketed with the mixed cultivation of grapes and olives, fields and forests. The typical Mediterranean colors vary from the soft tints of the leaves of the grape vines and the opaque greens of the olive groves. These are the signs of the presence of man that dominate the landscape, now as in centuries past.

Since 1831 we have produced Tiberio wine in the midst of this beautiful landscape.

The quality of the terrain, selection of the grape varieties, limited production and maturation in small oak barrels (barriques) give our wines the perfumes and flavors characteristic to the ancient Tuscan tradition. To be drunk with conviction by those who love wine.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
