Incredible location in Telluride for both summer and winter stays! Bedding: Queen bed, queen bed, 2 set of bunks (4 twin beds) and a double futon (loft). You enter the building through the door to the left at street level - the condo is located half a set of

stairs up on your left. Once you enter the condo you will find a small hallway with a shoe and coat rack, right at the base of the staircase. All of the bedrooms are located downstairs on the entry level. The 2nd bedroom is the closest one as you enter the

condo. It has a queen bed. Next to this bedroom is the 3rd bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a flat screen TV. Both of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom across the hallway. This bathroom has a single sink, WC and a shower/tub combo.

The master bedroom suite is located at the end of the hallway. There is a queen bed, TV and regular closet. The en-suite bathroom has a single sink, WC and a shower (no tub). Walk back through the hallway to enter the main floor upstairs. There is a light

and roomy living room with a leather sofa, flat screen TV and DVD player and gas fireplace. Off of the living room there is a balcony with a BBQ grill and amazing views of Town Park (great for summer festivals!). There are hardwood floors throughout the main

floor of the condo. Next to the living room is the dining table with seating for 7 guests, as well as a 2 bar stools by the kitchen. The full kitchen has a gas range stove. There is also a half bath on this level with a single sink and WC. The loft is accessed

by a very steep ladder from the living room. There is a double futon in the loft, which is open to the main floor (no door). This condo has wireless Internet access and a private washer/dryer. Pacific Place D is located very conveniently right in the Town

of Telluride with a short walk to Main Street for shops and restaurants, Town Park and the ski lifts. There is a designated parking spot for this condo in the covered garage downstairs.
