Enter from the shared mud room that is up a flight from street level into the great room. The big comfy sectional sofa invites you in to enjoy the large flat-screen TV with DVD, VCR, and Bose stereo. The dining area seats six, opens to the kitchen with granite countertops. Sliding-glass doors open off the dining area. Past the kitchen is the hallway to the master bedroom with queen bed and private bath with shower only. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has a double-twin bunk bed. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV.

There is a rear entrance through the 3rd bedroom to access the common outdoor hot tub. The second bathroom is between the bedrooms, with a shower-tub combo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo. Parking is off the alley and the unit has wireless internet access. Top-of-the-line surround sound system. New soundproofing recently added to ceiling.
