Beautiful guest house close to the Gondola and River Trail!

The Mintz Residence has a queen bed, a split king and a queen sleeper sofa. Each of these areas has a dedicated full bath. You enter this three story guest house from a side door off of Depot Ave. As you enter the home, the first bedroom with a queen bed is to your right. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a split King Bed. Upstairs to the second level, is an open living room with TV/VCR/DVD/CD that flows into the kitchen. There is a small deck off the living room that looks onto Depot Ave towards Telluride's Box Canyon. The den with TV and sleeper sofa is also on this level. Upstairs to the third level is a deck with beautiful views and a hot tub shared with the larger Jennings home.
