This property has been recently restored and turned into 2 charming units: one on the ground level, occasionally occupied by the property owners, and the other set on the first floor and enjoying exclusive use of a nice swimming-pool and a well-groomed garden. The interiors are cozy and tastefully furnished and have maintained some of the original architectural features such as the beautiful beamed ceilings and stone walls.
The property location allows easy access to Florence, Siena, San Gimginano as well as all of the charming Chianti Classico villages.
